Course Structure

Our 12-week program is designed to give you both immediate results and long-term success. We break complex health science into practical, bite-sized lessons you can apply right away.

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1-4)

Build your baseline knowledge and establish core habits. You'll learn proper form, nutrition basics, and set up your personal tracking system.

Phase 2: Progression (Weeks 5-8)

Here's where we dial up the intensity. Your body adapts, your nutrition gets more specific, and you'll notice real changes in how you look and feel.

Phase 3: Mastery (Weeks 9-12)

The final phase focuses on fine-tuning your program and making sure these changes stick for life. We'll also plan your next steps after program completion.
